Recently supported an anticlockwise BG leg 5 starting at just after 9pm - 100 gms of porridge for breakfast, another 100 gms at about 5pm, toast/jam and a Nak'd bar at midday, stomach fine throughout, no food/drink needed. Had another 100 gms of porridge on getting home at about 4.30 am!

This morning I had a massive bowl of Shreddies with a big scoop of sugar-free muesli on top, a splodge of natural yoghurt and a big squeeze of honey. Power food!
