I enjoyed this post as it uses words (like stone) that I can understand. Envy you the P coastal path. Had a similar experience when long distance walking in France - ate tons of cheese & chocolate but still was always hungry and gained no weight.

Okay DrPB can you try and insert me back into the chart, albeit on a pounds rather than kilos basis? I was 167 pounds at the start of the year and was at that time aiming for 161 pounds. My new target now though ought to be 160 as I'm now down to 162 pounds.

Failing that I will begrudging accept the kilo equivalents of 75.9kg starting weight and a 72.7kg target, weighing in at 73.6 at the mo even though I have to translate that into pounds to understand it
