Snowdon race recce. 1:47. Just over the hour to the summit. Definitely need to work on my descents.

If you can do that on a recce you'll do darn'd well in the race!

Looking at a 20 mile / 6000 - 7000 ft

Bit of company might stop me going home early

62 mins Orienteering on High Rigg, 20-odd mins general pootling around, then 1.35 up Sticks Pass then to Helvelyn and down a different way with RhysFR - easy for me so probably catatonic for him. All in all well worth the trip over for the day!

at the moment the plan is for an 10.15 start from Snake Inn lay by(just where you crossed the wall on Tankys).

follow Kinder dozen CW route until RR depending on time, then back over 10 minute crossing and back.
