Birthday number 45 is a bit of a funny one. I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma in May and started chemotherapy in June. I am at home at the moment, but will be in and out of hospital over the next few months. If all goes to plan, treatment should be over in about six months' time, but I am hoping to start running again sooner than that if I feel up to it.
