Is there an entry list anywhere Phil? I've sent a pre-entry off but just wondered if I'm in yet. I didn't send an SAE (because it didn't ask for one on the form), is that correct or should I have sent one?

    Cheers

Rob - no SAE required, as the numbers will be given out on the day. Russ doesn't usually have a pre-entry list, but I can check for you to make sure he's got your entry!
Early reports suggest plenty of bog-hopping will be required! I'm venturing out for a recce myself Saturday morning, so will report back (assuming I'm not swallowed up!)

You didn't need to last year - it was a £1 more on the day (I think). I think it was £5 pre-entry. It also sleeted on us last year!!!

Good man! You don't need to, but it'll save you £1.50 this year, as it's £6.50 on the day, so book early to avoid disappointment! See you there.

Well, went out this morning to look at the changed route from Ramsden Clough to the Mast - not as bad as I thought it might be. Plenty of running water about & a couple of soggy boggy spots, but otherwise, pretty runnable. A couple of places showed signs of some serious water coming off Twizle Head Moss, including a mudslide in one of the gullies about half way along! Mudclaws the order of the day, especially as more rain is forecast this week.
See you there for Russ's 25th & final promotion!!

Nice to meet you today Hobbsy, good run out. I found that section a little tricky, especially the mudslide. I dread to think what that will be like after 100 runners have traversed it. We made it round the full route in around 3:30 including stops.

Likewise, Rob - you'll be knocking some time off that for sure next Sunday! Yes, the mudslide will be interesting, especially on the way back!
