I've got a score for July. Ingleborough Fell Race. The winner was Simon Bailey at 48.08 (2888 seconds). I was a trifle slower at 68.59 (4139 seconds) soooo....I think that means I get 57points? (I rounded it up from 56.67. I need all the help I can get:wink: )
Hes - I've put your 57 pts on the board, but you now need to beat 59 to improve your total...
I got 53 pts at Turnslack, so no improvement, then sidestepped the whole issue of how to score orienteering events by not doing the Dark & White event last night (due to car probs :thunbdown: )
I've still got Crowden Horseshoe on Sunday as my last chance for July glory...

Cheers Daz, of course I will be expecting a high score at Borrowdale :w00t: Ha ha. (really hope I don't get lost!). I'm not going to Rydal today as I am saving myself for Stolly's BGR attempt and I've missed most of the Esk valley summer series due to various reasons but I intend to do the winter series. What I'm looking for are some fun fell races which nobody fast knows about....

Had to miss all intended engagements through April-July because of injury problems, but have begun training again and can run 2 days back to back now without discomfortso onwards and upwards...probably start off at Gribdale Gallop in early August....
Kentmere has been my highest score this month-winner 5940-me 6862= 85

50 pts for me at Crowden, so no improvement - probably won't be doing many races in August apart from LTOB, will be interesting to see how many I get for that!
