    I enhanced the area around the front of your shorts, elongated your body and squished you inwards. It will do wonders for your running

    Managed to squeeze 30 odd miles in whilst in Spain mainly up the side of a mountain although it was on tarmac. Just got used to the heat and now back to this horrid wet weather.........!

    15 min warm up
    2 x 2.30 mins with 1.15 recovery
    2 x 5 mins with 2.30 recovery
    2 x 2.30 mins with 1.15 recovery
    15 min cool down

    7.5 miles on the fells.
    Anyone else noticed how all the trogs and paths seem to be disappearing under grass and now turning into streams and very very boggy bogs. Really hard work.

    Two days of running on the bounce for me now! First time in 10 weeks!

    5 a side footy tonight thou!

    On Tuesday Winter Hill was awash with rivers. Difficult to cross in places!
