There's a great run from Flodigarry about a mile from Staffin up towards the Quiraing, over Meall na Suiramach and back, about 7 miles. Great running all along the Trotternish ridge, down at Sligachan etc. We sometimes go up the Storr on a Wed night. Hope you're not too fast. We're not.Theres a couple of us going down for Ben Nevis.Maybe see you next week.

First Ben for me this year and I can't wait! Yep, it looks like it's gonna be a wet one! Won't change my choice of shoes though, was always going to be the Mud Claws, wet or dry I want as much grip as possible!

will there be an issue with displaying numbers if its wet, heard one yr everyone had to pin there no's to their waterproof jackets!!

Ive entered the Ben Nevis Race my name is on the final list but not recieved a runners card has anyone has had this problem. Number is on the list, emailed the organiser hope its ok.
