hmmm.. You'll be fine Stu! Sounds like a good first fell race (is it rreally your first?) Kirkby's 4.3. Mind, I also did Murder mile (Silsden) last night. (That's a mile but all uphill ). (See bofra site for info). Won me'sen 2nd V45 and 2 cans of...erm... ...carlsberg largery stuff. [Don't tell Dom but that's what I'm using as the stakes I've put on the bet's he's offered ]

Erm...well...sorry me'ol mucker but being a bit of a purist in these matters (and hoping wheezey and Toffer ain't around )...but I think Snowdon isn't a fell race. It's a hard slog I'll grant yous, but it's all on solid track, no navigation, tussocks, bogs, or thigh killing steep descents.

Tockholes sounds* like a nice fell-race. You will enjoy it we know you will and you'll not ever want to go back to track or road stuff
