I'm coming......with my millipede family. We're booked in the youth hostel Friday and Saturday.

Prob walk up with the kids and meet you on Darling fell, if we can find it.

Don't put us on curry list cause it will prob be too late but will def come to the George for beer.

I seem to have the eating bit well and truly covered.

The drinking section however, very poor. Can we have a two tier drinking programme?

I have found that sticking to halves is the best pacing strategy, that way the pints are much easier to handle, split in half

Agree, halves is the way to go. NOT WINE definitely do not let me drink wine.

Well, we started with mulled wine, then we went on to vodka... and later on it was more vodka for the others but I decided to start on the Guinness and half pints... It worked I assure you it was the whisky and port that was consumed until the early hours of the morning after getting back to the bunkhouse that did it Either that or the dancing to an old wind up gramophone

With apologies to the secretary of this here gathering, I wasn't being deliberately, fashionably late- can I be added to the list - that is for everything - run, beer, curry, more beer, the Loft, dancing - the whole kaboodle. I have been in extensive training these last few days the culmination of which should reach a peak on the 22nd. :thumbup:
