    I appear to wake up with Man Flu on a daily basis. It's either man flu or a hangover, problem with the hangover theory is the lack of alcohol.

    Seems to clear up with strong coffee though

    Tried to run Morning After today. Managed about 4km before packing. Three weeks of man flu and counting - couldn't stop coughing. Clearly more Penderyn required.

    Mine started about 4 weeks ago with Tonsillitis and is still hanging around and now the better half has it, just a general feeling of weakness, lot of running but no speedwork as I can't raise it, roll on some frosty weather to kill the damn bugs
