4 miles up Cut Gate, post Norovirus. Nice. The weather was a bit sporty. Accompanied by Big Bob who has shed three stone since summer.

    Re: Today's Training

Sneaked out from inlaws in Hurst (Ashton-under-Lyne) this afternoon with girls left playing parlour games with their cousins.
1.5 hr run up Lily Lanes to Hartshead Pike, over hill towards Quickedge and back again via Hartshead Trig (308) and the big Cross.
Hardly saw a soul again at the tops and whilst off roads over fields. Made me wonder if I should have invested in some retail-company shares before Xmas?

Indeed! Champion fella, had a nice run out Thursday with him up Burbage. Do you get over this way much Rodders, we could all meet up for a wee run?

Have not run Burbage for 18 years. However. It is fine running.

Just had a 20 min trot in the woods to wind down the last few days. Thinking of bussing it to Castleton tomorrow and having a run up onto Kinder and back. Failing that an hour or 2 round Burbage/Hathersage/Hope.

Bradfield boundary run looked a little epic!

Kinder is showing winds up to 76mph tomorrow! That should blow you into 2013. Will be an epic tale to tell. That speed of wind would pick me up and drop me on my bum. :w00t:
