No more of that weight lifting for me so I know what I'm doing with my goals this year, unlike last!

). Also planning on doing a couple of assault course challenges: Rat Race Dirty Weekend 11th May (20 miles, 200 obstacles) and Tough Mudder (5th/6th Oct) so need to be a fit (and light) as possible for those.
