81.7kg for me Pat. I'll set a target of 72.5kg for now and see how I get on.
Shall we say 15th for the first weigh in and bi-weekly thereafter?

Been meaning to lose that extra half a stone for years now...but on the plus side haven't put anymore on!!

I guess if I shame myself on here by posting my weight then I'll have no choice but to do it!! Just remember I am 5ft 10!!

Currently 65kg and looking to be 60kg (again!!)

24% body fat (fat bastard!) as measured on my Tanita scales.

Targeting under 15% by the end of 2013. I'm not concerned about weight particularly as doing both weights and running.

Would this not be easier to keep track of if we created an online spreadsheet that everyone participating can update themselves? We can then put the results on here fortnightly?

I can set the spreadsheet up if there's any interest. I can then either make it public for anyone to update it, or send each participant a PM with a more secure link.

One benefit of a spreadsheet is that we can do an easy conversion between lbs and kg as well with both shown on it.

    Well yes and no.

It would be easier for people to maintain their own record, but I do not mind maintaining the table.

I feel the visibility of the table within the thread does act as a motivator, it certainly did for me last winter.
In fact it was as the thread started to wain then so did my discipline and hence some of the gains were lost.

Fair enough, just thought it may save you some time but no point setting it up if you'd prefer to do it on here.
