Overweight to Raceweight goal

I'd like to join in please, been unsuccessfully trying (not very hard admittedly) to shift a few lbs for a while...
Start weight 66.7kg
Target 63.5 (decimals are because my scales only work in lbs so having to convert, I'm not just being picky!)

Its back!!!...and so is my weight!! I got down to 12st, now back up to 12st 9lb which I was a bit shocked by, last time I weighed myself! So start 12st 7lb (just checked weight!), target 12st for now!! :thumbup:

Mrs Alf bought one of those digital scales. I weigh 3 pounds more on the digital than the mechanical so I told her they were defective and should be returned immediately for a full refund
