The tricky bit into Lord Wood and the hidden stile in the holly bushes will be way marked as will several other bits in the second half as they have been for the past few years. No way marking in the first half. The house owners through whose garden you go do know you are coming. It is of course a right of way. There could be a nasty collision if someone steps out of their front door. Generally residents are welcoming. Hope you might have been impressed by the amount of gardening we have done this year. Cannot guarantee we got every bramble and holly bush but got most.
Broadhead Clough is a site of special scientific interest and the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust volunteers mainly courtesy of Helen Pedley who lives there have done their best to drain the path.
Hope you and the rest of the forumites have a good day
