First time in the office for over a year today and I am surrounded by strangers! I haven't missed the daily log jam on the M60 though :thunbdown:

Yep! I left CP3 a couple of mins after you. Once I got going again the knee felt a lot better and I finished the long route ok. Its been a bit sore this week so I have been resting it but I am hoping to get out at the weekend for a run.
Ah glad to hear! CP3 was pretty hard to leave, I ended up having a mini banquet! Think I ate more calories than burnt off around the 22 mile run! Was stuffed even before tucking into post event specialties!
