It was a lovely little run up to the pinnacle, and the pie and peas went down a treat too.
Smashing run out in the Strid Woods last night with John and Chris P from Tod and their dogs. Several deer spotted and probably the best view of a tawny owl I've ever had running. Just what was needed :thumbup:

I couldn't get over to you lot this week due to work but, on the positive side, me and Harry saw a deer in Cleatops Wood on our solo outing instead
Was it that far, there was certainly a stiff climb at the end, thanks to milli for showing us all a completely new set of stiles! Its certainly good to be back running regularly on a Wednesday.
Excellent route choice last night in spite of two mile start along the canal meant we had decent amounts of snow for most of our run. Splendid toad in the hole in the Lion and the pint of gravy left over had fantastic restorative properties :thumbup: Big thank you to Brett for lending me a jacket after I realised I'd left mine at home
