There is a sort of stile on Great Coum - its at the wall inverted T junction here, although the real stile is on the other side
As for the best line to Blea Moor, follow the Craven Way to the ruined building then more or less take a compass bearing line down through the swamp lands and up to the trig. There's usually a trod to the fence line on race day but, after the fence, its all about trudging a line.
