They didn't have any Stevia left in my local health food shop, so I got some unrefined coconut sugar instead. And "all fruit" jam to stir in my porridge instead of Agave. And my porridge was top notch this morning !
Tried it - has a chemical taste. Also a reported though only occasional side effect is Atrial Fibrillation! It does contain glycosides, which can be a cardiac irritant.Originally Posted by Jez Hellewell
