Yesterday the Achille was particularly bad. 47km cycling commute plus 1-hr swim. Today one more surgeon visit. Hopefully 30ish min jog tonight.

My first 'session' with the road lads (and lasses) for blummin ages. They were doin 400's, but harder than normal (when they do 16) and with 30secs more recovery time. I expected to struggle badly as the last time I ran faster than 6pace was nearly 4 weeks ago. However, I surprised myself with an average of 70secs/400 and a fastest of 66secs.

2500' worth of climbing on Pendle - very hot up there today and I felt like shit. Combination of back end of a cold and a nightshift i think. Will try a nice long trail run tommorow after a proper nights sleep!

30 min tempo run in my hour run. Felt good. I will have a cold soon as she is sniffling and full of it.
