City bloke should have had a red for the two footed jump on the blokes rump.

Apart from that a good game to watch.

Great entertainment that semi final, without doubt contested by the two most skillfull teams in the Premier League.

I think the rags won the title today. From what i saw of it Stoke rolled over today. They're embarrassing, I hope they go down. But in all fairness i'll give Bacon-face credit, the man really can polish a turd up.

Maybe.. but thats the luck of fixtures.. last year we hit wigan at a shit time..

Today was a huge win, which was why Fergie went for it..

6 games to go.. we need 7 points.. 1 win 4 draws.. but I think you'll drop points, maybe at Spurs.. so 2 wins should see us. Beat West Ham next and thats it really..

We do have a strong squad though.. City have made mistakes, they do have a better starting XI I'll give you that... but you need another forward.. Dzeko is decent.. Tevez just unpredicatable.. Aguerro class.. should never have let Mario go.. he could be an all time great..

A deserved point for Everton tonight, a very committed display. Arsenal were very predictable. A good competitive game though.

Two games in and two wins, with the threat of relegation all but banished. McDermott is already making his mark by using the devilishly fiendish tactics of playing the team in their right positions and asking them to pass the ball to each other. Warnock never had truck with such fancy dan ideas.

Agreed. Glad to see the back of Warnock. Play-offs next season? A man's got to dream!

Aye, he's a good appointment.. he could also improve the image of Leeds.. with Warnock that was never going to happen.. he actually seems like a nice guy away from football.. but his style and moaning don't help you like his teams..

It was disgrace McD got the sack at reading, when he took over promotion was almost impossible and he did a good job at keeping them in with a chance..

Years ago it seemed that 2-3 years yoyoing was the norm before getting established as a premier league team, now its do it within 6 months or get sacked...

It'll be interesting to see how Cardiff react.. 20-25 mill isn't much...

Yes I agree, he did a great job at Reading, taking what was essentially a journeyman team to the Championship title last year. Like Adkins at Southampton his sacking was baffling. It almost seems that for managers getting their teams into the Premiership, the job then becomes a poisoned chalice. They are expected to perform miracles.

I think Cardiff might do ok with a few shrewd signings but I would fear for Hull and especially whichever playoff team that goes up with them as the quality clearly is not there. What a bizarre division the Championship has been this season. It is always competitive but I've never seen anything like this year. The two remaining clubs to be relegated will probably do so with a record points tally while the 6th placed team may well have the lowest. To put it into context, Leeds sit 11th this morning, just 7 points above the drop zone but only 6 behind a playoff place!
