A girl running just in front of me at Blea Moor trig was so cold and wet that she couldn't manage to put her gloves on and I somehow managed to help her even though I was completely drenched through and uncontrollably shivering. Luckily I had a spare waterproof with me, a complete change of clothes and my waterproof bottoms - I virtually had to strip and do a complete change in the fire break in the woods dropping off Blea Moor which took ages because I was so cold. Luckily I soon warmed up after that.... and it stopped raining
