SS go to the sport ident site and look up last years splits for a runner doing 4.15. pick those with a slower start and try to follow them. The route I think is faster now due to the new path but don't get carried away at the start. You can run hard or easy up pyg but it will make 2-3 difference there but will cost you dear later on if you over cook it.
