About seven minutes slower than my PB this year weddings and honeymoons are not conducive to good running - the season starts here.....

I thought the new route was much better it must have been cold standing about marshalling in the wind, so thanks to them all!

Agree, the new route was much better than last year; who wants to stand around at stiles getting their breath back? Those hills just kept on coming!

Really enjoyed the race last night - definite contender for best local race of the year so far! (weather conditions certainly helped though!)

It was an excellent turnout judging by the results - and so many familiar names there! I'm so sad I had to miss it. I was revved up all day looking forward to it when a raging infection in my finger started to do its best to poison my very being. Now I feel as though I've run 100 miles and just want to go to bed as I wait for the antibiotics to kick in. I had to picket the doctor's surgery at yesterday morning opening to demand urgent attention on pain of (my) death. :closed:
