Let's not get too tied up with rules, it's all a bit of fun - isn't it? I think in the original discussion (18 months ago) about LDWA events it was suggested they should also meet FRA criteria of distance/ascent ratio, but I prefer the looser "anything you're not embarassed to claim on a fellrunning forum".

I think I've improved on my June score today (I need to confirm Lloyd's time, which I will as soon as the results are out).

Lloyd 1st: 29'55". Me 32'10"

=92 points.

Lloyd had a good excuse in that he was racing, and winning, the night before.

Well I didn't manage to do all of them: the 2 short fell races had to fall by the wayside. Mind you, I still managed 3 ultras & a 27-mile LDWA event.

Daz: 86 points for the Lakes 10 Peaks please to replace my Shires & Spires points for June. Tom Hollins 13:02:47, me 14:55:09. And if anyone complains that one shouldn't really count I'll be round to sort them out. Once I can walk again that is.

Planned July races: White Peak Walk, Druid fell race, Green Green Grass fell race, Gritstone Tryal.
