Loads of people at work seem to be going down with a cold at the moment, the pollen count is 'moderate' whatever that meansweird - I'm exactly the same - walked the dogs this morning and could hardly breathe - pollen count high??? wouldn't have thought so with this weather but does feel like hayfever
dosing myself up with ester c and achinacea though just in case it is a cold!so I'm with you - overdose on achinacea, mind you our's tastes really, really, really awful so I might not get to an overdose!
