Are Park Runs Destructive ?

Well, I am no longer a Park Run virgin.
Broke my duck at Huddersfield this morning.
Good hard session but didn't enjoy the constant flogging.
Much prefer hills and grass.

Well done Trev, good to see you there.
Very impressive, top 40 out of 450 runners!
And well done Fleeter who finished second.
My position was 69 so I can't complain!
