I recovered reasonably quickly. Had a low mileage week to date but included the all-important short recovery run on Sunday and included a season's best for our monthly road time trials (2.9miles) on Wednesday night.
Fourth 60+mile week in a row will be finished off at Winter Hill tomorrow.
Cut-back week next week.
Had the day off today though - just a game of hockey where I pretty much ended up doing 60yard shuttle sprints for the last 15-20mins!!
Lot of miles Richard. I've not been feeling fully fit myself, keep picking up colds etc. from my 4 yr old. Doesn't leave me prepped for too many miles unfortunately. Supposed to be running long tomorrow but chest feeling tight so may have to drop it.
street O last Wed and Anglazarke Amble and British Night O champs yesterday... not sure about today yet. Recovered?? none of them have been superfast!
Well that's my entry in. Just hope all my niggles clear up or it could be a slow one !
