got what you mean now with the treadmill ready for the late night time and early morning sessions when its pi--ing down out or theres ice on deck when we are reduced to jumping in the gutter to get pace

Almost 14 on the roads/trails today.. 100m of ascent.. thats as good as it gets..

But 91 for the week but full of a head cold.. feel shite...

BUt 2 more weeks of training then JFK 50 so should manage 5 weeks averaging high 80's at least so should be OK to get through it..

Not much running from me the last week or so, mostly down the gym. Had a steady 4.4 miles Friday night with some friends.
Trained in the park this morning for an hour and a half total of 5k running between doing lots of different exercises. Box jumps, squat jumps, pull ups, pushups, situps, burpees etc. Explosive and varied. Feeling good for it!

Maybe a long run later or tomorrow.

Good week for me, 75 miles and 11000ft.

Knackered now though, sore joints and week legs. Fortunately next up is a rest week. Currently feels like it might be a rest fortnight. But hopefully a few easy days should sort me out.

2 tasty runs over the last two days, feeling quite positive again.

yesterday I took advantage of the glorious weather and did 12 miles up and around Howden Outer edge and the aircraft wrecks

Today was a pacey hilly 10 mile 1500ft road run, felt good.

Classic treadmill session last night.. 10k in 42 mins, with 2 k warm up then 5 x 1k at 3:16 pace, 400m recovery at 6:00 pace, then cool down...

Today its sunny so a nice 20 miler calls.. found out our accounts are frozen so all the recent arrivals won't have contract renewals so more than likely unemployed and needing to move house. I think I'm now at house number 10 in the last 2 years..
