    Yes your right way to much organisation, lets just turn up and see what happens ----- bit like normal then, Loft on a Friday is good but I am now 50 so for me its wrong, then again its Dirty's Stag do so we may have to.

    I intend to not loft at all, there are better things to do in Keswick on Friday night...

    I have yet to look at the route, but sounds like riding and meeting the runners with booze might work... Mind, if I am in charge of gluhwein I may never make it :-o

    Last year's XOTF had a sad tone and very rightly so. This year's will be a celebration. For anyone looking at this and wondering what the hell is XOTF it's the Christmas forum social and it's always a grand weekend in Lakeland with mountains to climb (often sedately, this ain't no race), friendships to be made or re-forged, and fine North Country ales to be quaffed. Get your money in and your dancing shoes out. The more the merrier and everyone welcome!
