Strava: FRA club..

I keep getting told about segments where I have lost the CR to someone when I didn't have the CR in the first place. Example is the other day on a hill session climb where I was in second spot, the guy in top position (Will Moorlands I think) bettered his time but I get emails etc telling me I have lost my top spot? Any one else get this?

Esk Valley fell club also have a group on Strava,about 15 of us i think. I have only been using it for a couple of days via my I phone app appears to be ok!
