I'm a bit apprehensive, not just because of the terrain, navigation, 6500 ft of climb and potential for hill fog, but because I picked up a cold on Monday - its past the perpetual running nose stage but its still at the 'clogged up' stage today........
So its the breathing bit of 4 1/2 to 5 hours of running in the hills that I'm most worried about!
Who do you run for stolly.
I'm a member of Skipton AC although they might dispute me running for them.

Hope to meet some of you tomorrow. After some "Will I? / Won't I?" dithering due to recurrent calf injury, I've delayed my decision to the last minute, but I'm going to head up and have a bash. Feeling a bit nervous though!
Anyone want to share a car from Leeds to race and back afterwards?
Seems a waste to go on my own in a car. Do my bit for the environment and all that.
Will be leaving Leeds about 7am and be leaving 5/6ish maybe to come back.
