I can't clarify that no, but I couldn't see a race number, which I assume was folded and pinned under their coat. No sign of a compass either.
It was just a wind proof as it goes.
I had a race number, but I'd folded in such a way that the number was fully concealed. I then hid it in my pants.

Today at about 2:00pm going up Caer Caradoc from the east in a blue windproof and black shorts. I was on the way down with Mrs S. Later I saw the same runner at Gaerstones farm. Was it you?
Today at Lost Lad up on Derwent Edge. I was admiring the scenery as you powered up one side and sped off down the other. X-Talons, an OMM pack and a cap.

Another two near Lost Lad yesterday about 18:00. You were a pair with a dog coming down from Lost Lad we were a pair heading from Back Tor to Lost Lad and very surprised to bump into two other runners out in the dark on a quiet Sunday eve. Unsurprisingly we didn't see any others on the rest of our run to Fiddlers Green.
