Not sure.. moving to the US touch wood.. so may do a few races as efforts but nothing major until I know where I'll be..

At the moment Cherry Blossom 10 miler, DC, April and then Mad city (Madison) 100k mid April and then Pittsburgh Marathon (May) are my 3 main races but only entered CB10....

Basically the moment my visa arrives, if it does, I'm off to the UK for a week with the dog.. and see parents.. then US.. so not planning too much. I get my last pay check next week.. paid in advance.. so then I can piss off. :-)

lovely 6.75 on trails at lunch 7:30 pace.. blue skies, light snow..

Tonight 8.3 on the roads but averaged 6:22 pace, final few all below marathon pace so slowly getting back to normal after 3 solid weeks.

nice wild heather bash up near Dukes taking in a hawk and wellington wreck. visiting cartledge bents and new cross. this used to be my go to area when I first started running, about 8 miles of rough running.

No chance of me getting near 2:30 mate, sub 3 hours marathon might just be in reach and I say might just be. I did 14 miles yesterday on the road with a rucksack running to work, then another 6 miles off road Hill/interval training with the club at night.

Today another 10 miles road run to work with rucksack.

Kirklands to trig on Cross Fell and back again. Just under 8 miles 2,200 feet of ascent. Snow ankle deep on the top, and vis down to about 5 metres so no views. Not a soul around, as usual - Johnny no mates again

A week back into running now after about 6 weeks out with hip and knee problems. Then had a heart procedure. I reckon I am about a minute off the pace I was.
