Very very short sighted view and little faith in their ability to attract more fans...
Still thousands didn't show.. if you see empty seats its a lot..
This was for the 2011 season.. so they do have a history of struggling to fill it.. Strange for the supposedly dominantly supported club in a conurbation of 2.5 million + people...
