Another excellent, if wet weather race (vest & shorts still sodden this morning!! - let alone the shoes/socks)
The newcomers I spoke to afterwards (Askern District Running Club) enjoyed it, as did our own novices.

Plus, I guess a few people are grateful to Jeff Miller for his stall, so they could shelter in it (he should have charged an entry fee!! - ie; buy a book, or get wet!)
