Followed you link, XR, and the report’s interesting (I assume you mean the 2004 report) but not that straightforward.

For instance, it says 9 coronary deaths (countrywide) but doesn’t explain what the other 16 deaths were. One of these, it says, was in the Mid Pennine area and concerned fell running – what was that about then?
