    Good on yer mate....fantastic event.

Pranged my back on my BG attempt, or else would be there myself. I haven't run since June and it's driving me bloody mad. Bike's getting hammered though!

    See you soon mate.

Ian, how do you know your numbers? The website still seems to be showing last year's registrations. I entered on-line months ago but cannot see a 2014 list anywhere.

Daz, good you see you've taken the plunge again.

lantern rouge, sorry you're side-lined from the running. I hope the bike is keeping you sane.

'Tis keeping me sane, Nick, but it's not the same as running; and when you have spent so much time training for the BG, running is a big habit.

However, so much training for that hasn't done my climbing legs any harm on the bike. I am still no Pantani, but climbing well.

Enjoy the Bullock...wish I was in a fit state to join the fun.

The number should be right at the bottom of the confirmation email: "Your walker number for the hike will be..."

    30 days to go.

I don't recall getting an email. I entered on-line months ago. I'd better make some investigations.

Daz, good news about the full moon. Let's hope the weather can sort itself out again by then.
