Good spread of runs that. Fan Fawr and Fan Frynych are always quiet. Andy B on here puts a good race on over there at the end of August, won't be running it myself this year but use it as a training route when I can as it's a cracker.

I visited this one a few times last week.
not a stud mark or trail shoe tread to be seen.

Blimey, not much to go on (I won't look the number up) but it looks Dales-esque to me.

My wrong, Carlesmoor is a lower level sighting tower to the west of Kirkby Malzeard. I was thinking of the un-named trig near sandy hill on Kirkby Malzeard moor/Masham moor (Colsterdale) from where there are other towers within a couple of km and the southern one of which is Carle tower but these are all bigger than in your pic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colsterdale_towers
