yeah... I'm going to put more details on the 10 Peaks thread, but basically... I had a really good day - far and away my best result ever
possibly may've had something to do with the amount of training I've put in over the past few months

Training paid off Daz, a great result on what I believe (from Fellgazelle and Mrs.Stagger) was a really tough course!

anyway MG, what are you up to these days? any big events planned?

I'm doing 3 Shires, Langdale, then turning attention to next year probably The Hebden in Jan. and looking for team-mates for Four Inns (21st March), plus I can heartily recommend Lakes Mountain 42...

Hey Daz, have done quite a bit this year, did L100 in July. Im booked in for TdH in December but currently have a poorly Achilles so hope to be back fit in time for that. Otherwise see you at The Hebden again. Shall I have a look at the Four Inns?! Long time since I wore my Pony vest!!!

Four Inns is my second-favourite race route (after Bullock Smithy) and it would be great if we could get a Fell Ponies Team together for it - we need 3 or 4 people
