Slept like a log.
A variety of fine ales at the First Chop Brewing Arm in Salford last night. Definitely requires further visits. The DOC pale ale was probably the highlight.
Magic Rock - The Great Alphonso (what a name!) a mango infused pale ale with Citra hops. bloody good.
Magic Rock - Dark Arts. go on Jez, treat yourself, it's lovely.

Brooklyn - Lager - a 'proper' old school lager, darker than most bitter. cracking

Joules Pale Ale in the Coopers Tavern. Proper beer in a proper pub.
Small beer festival (and music) in the pub tonight, all 6 beers brewed by women - they tend to all be high alcohol content, never mind. I started last night so best have another go tonight, support the lady brewers and all that!
