Well I'd like to put Emma's mahussive improvement this year down soley to my coaching advice and techniques so I have the experience to back it up!
(thou I think it might have just a tiny tiny bit to do with her running pretty much everyday and racking up over 50 mile weeks off road, but only a tiny bit)
