First time for me alsoI'm wondering what approach people take to training specifically for this race?
I'm supposing or hoping i'll finish somewhere between 3:35 and 3:55. Usually when training for long races like marathons, I focus on lots of quick runs between 1:45 and 2:30, I don't really bother with anything over 2:30 as I reckon its just wasted time. But should I be considering a couple of really long slow runs for this one seeing as it could easily take me upto 4 hours?
