9.67 mile with Sinatra tonight from Cronton through to Sherdley Park and back. Ended with a very tight calf strain.

Yes, it was a nice run with Pinno yesterday evening until just after 9 miles when a feckin wasp flew into my shorts and stung me on the right inside thigh.

Fear not though, this wasp won't be bothering anybody else now I have squashed the little b*st*rd!!!

It was a beautiful morning this morning for a run wasn't it?

I wasn't up QUITE as early as that but there was that beginning of autumn nip in the air and dew on the grass

I have to admit, it was a beautiful morning. When I fell out of bed at the unearthly hour of 10.30am I thought to myself, best go for my run or else I wont get my evening run in as well!!!!!

how the hell do you keep yourself sane without running!!

It'll be five long months next weekend since i ran, cycling does help but i've come down with a cold and i cant even do that at the moment,i can climb but it's getting dark to early to go out in the evenings now,oh and i'm out of work at the moment so all i have to do is sit around and sulk waiting for interviews for apprenticeships

    gone loopy...........................
