How can you swear about £2.80 a pint? Treat yourself to a visit to The Gardener's Arms in Old Bilton, near Harrowgate...err i mean Harrogate, it's the most intriguing pub i've ever been in. The bar is a plank of wood under the stairs, they have 2 snug rooms both with old cast iron surrounded open fires, and all the Sam Smiths beers on draught. The bogs are in a shed out back and the place has numerous corridors full of old men sat in wingbacks supping Ayingerbrau. I wandered in accidentally during my rambling days this one time, when i think of The Master's Lounge i'm immediately transported back there.

How about 10 pints of Albright or Welsh Bitter? Mid Wales, mid 80s dish water. Some things are best left in the past, yuk!!!!
