B.Bill is a wind up merchant. His ramblings on Facebook were embarrassing and are fast becoming the same here

Competition time ..first correct answer wins a free day out - Running ,Climbing , Navigation ,remote first aid ,safety in the mountains ect...All entrants to read/understand Ians Hypothermia leaflet before the day out...can include safe river crossing -white water rescue ect to suit...no southerners(unless living up North or forum bullies.

Oxydepletion .Do YOU think southerners should be discouraged from traveling loadsa miles to races with the resultant excessive pollution this entails....plus they are willing to pay silly money for races ..driving the prices up ?

I see what you mean but there are difficulties with the definition. For example a Scottish lady whom I know veeeery well describes me as a soft southerner but I'm Northern English. I'm sure that this would be an open and shut case of pure geographicalism if only I could find it in the Oxford dictionary.
