Arrh well Bill, Captain Cooks Race is actually the first race of the new year with a starting time of 11am.

Antone can enter this champs (no age restrictions here) you just post your time and the winners time in the calculator and your are rewarded with a numeric value between 1-100.
This figure is posted on this forum in the correct thread and Mr Slug complies a table with you and others in ranked order.
All very civilized and a good bit of fun.

Sounds like a good idea ,do any of the keyboard warriors (with nowt real to say) join in ? or do they just sit ont sidelines Sniping at people , Had a chap from dirty darren giving me grief and he's only been fell running fer a year and he is an expert now ..even has his own blog .another "blogger" seems to be on here a lot ..proper bad tempered he is,don't think anybody reads his blog ,so comes on here to lord it up.

May I submit a score of 85 for Skirrid from Saturday. Winner 31.59, me 36.49. Great race in lovely soggy conditions.

November: 96 points from Arnside Knott (Steve Swarb 35:19, me 36:54)
December: 100 points (!) from Jubilee Plunge (me 11:22)

Hi Daz, my best score for December will be another bracketed affair - 59 for Bowstones Fell Race (me 59:54, James Scott-Buccleuch 42:22).

Thanks for maintaining this over the years. If it continues in 2016 I don't mind if you relegate me to the Conference League, since I'm the lowest scorer with six counters and could never mix it with the big nobs.
