Ride into work today, 8m each way, back awful. The bike seems to be working better for me now so long as i use the correct taping setup on my knees. I've tried replicating it using straps or electrical tape, but it doesn't work, it has to be done the one way and that's the only way it'll work. I'd like to be doing this once a week ideally, but bad weather will stop me, older bikes suffer badly from getting wet and caked in crap and i don't run new bikes. I also don't like riding in the rain. It would be nice to get it going for the summer, i feel my fitness would benefit from be burying myself on Kirkstall Rd once a week.
