Well I actually managed to find the correct vacuum shop.

Buy the correct vacuum bag and fit it correctly into the vacuum.

Then I vacuumed the house.

I hope you realise what an achievement that all is.

Well done Milli - You dont know HOW long I have had to wait to find a man who would change the vacuum bag for me - its something about the amount of spiders I suck up - I just cant face doing it! I'd been hoovering the house using the same bag for about three years! I've discovered I dont need to buy a new hoover after all!

Friday 7 miles (just) with 'Leeds Rhino' - woods and park
Sat 5 mile (just) with Dominion - canal bank
Monday 11 mile (just) alone - in sunshine! lovely - but no snow here -
